Bidders are invited to submit quotations on
F.O.R/C&F Bin Qasim Karachi basis on their official letter head in F.O.R
cases tenders will be issued only to G.S.T. registered bidders 2% of bid price
or lump sum as Earnest Money in the shape of Bank Draft / Pay Order / Bank
Guarantee must be submitted along with
offer, tender documents cost Rs. 300/=

The tender documents are to be delivered / submitted
in Central R & I Section main Head
Office Building, Bin Qasim, Karachi-75000 before 10:30 A.M in sealed envelope
indicating case # and opening date on
left corner of envelope. Tenders
shall be opened at 11:00 AM at Barrack No. 7, Room No. 13, Purchase Department
in the presence of bidders, who may like to attend. No Tender Documents will be
sold / issued on the tender opening date.
In case of any unforeseen/holiday tender will be
opened on the next working day. Note 1/5 amount of Sales Tax shall be deducted
from supplier’s Sales Tax Invoice as Withholding Tax as per S.R.O-660(1)/2007
